Frank Logan Dead

Edgefield, March 9 -- Friends here were saddened by the death Tuesday
of Frank Logan in the University hospital in Augusta of pneumonia. He
lived in North Augusta.
He was born and reared in the Gilgal section of Edgefield county and was in 
business at Edgefield for some time. He was also traveling salesman for an
Augusta grocery firm at one time. Mr. Logan was energetic and alert, always
doing his utmost to succeed at whatever he undertook. He is survived by
his wife, who was Miss Ruth Strom before their marriage; five sons
Francis, James, Billie, Self and George Logan, and two daughters, 
Vivian and Juanita Logan.
