First I give and Recommend my Soul to God who gave it and as Touching the world by Estate where with it has pleased God to bless me with, I give and bequeath in the following manner, I give and bequeath unto my well Beloved Wife Elizabeth Burnett all the plantation and Tract of Land where I now live together with all the said premises there unto attached together with all the stock, namely Horses, Cows, Hogs and One Waggon and if she thinks it best to sell any of the Stock any time she may do so that is if the Stock should increase to be too large for her to support all the above property I give and bequeath my well beloved wife together with all the Household and Kitchen furniture during her natural life and at her decease the Stocks of different kinds and Household and Kitchen furniture to be sold and all her personal Estate that I have left her to be sold and equally divided among the Heirs of my Body, and I further ordain and appoint Pleasant Burnett and my Son John Burnett Executors to this my last will and testament where unto I have set my had and seal this the first day of February eighteen hundred and twenty five.
