Clarissa Holloway (dau) Box 82 pkg 3278 "The State of SC, Edgefield District: Know all men by these present that I, Jordan Holloway, being in feeble health but of sound mind, memory and understanding, make this my last will and testament, in manner and form following: First it is my will and desire that in the event my wife Mary Holloway survives myself, then she is to be supported and in every way provided for during her natural life out of the effects now in my possession.. Second, I will that after my death, all the effects which I now possess: lands, negroes, horses, mules, cattle, hogs, wagons, plantation, tools, house hold and kitchen furniture together with any money that may be at interest, in fact, all my real and personal [estate all] be the exclusive right of my daughter Clarissa Holloway in consideration of her attention to her parents during their declining and last days, and in consideration of the property which I have already given off to the balance of my children. And I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter Clarissa Holloway Executrix to this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all wills heretofore by me made.
