Will dated and signed Nov 16, 1815, Will probated Mar 9, 1816 in Edgefield 
District, South Carolina

     In the name of God, Amen - I, Robert Jennings, of the State and district 
aforesaid being very sick and weary in body but of perfect mind and memory 
calling to mind the immortality of my body and that is appointed for all men 
once to die to make and ordain this my last will and testament that is to say

 I do will and bequeath unto my wife Tabitha Jennings my part and here to of my 
worldly goods both real and personal during her natural life or widowhood and I 
do farther will and bequeath that immediately after her death or intermarriage 
with another man all my worldly interest both real and personal as aforesaid be 
equally divided amongst all my children: Clem Jennings, Mary Jennings, Boswell 
Jennings, Osborn Jennings, Sarah Jennings, Robert Jennings, John Jennings and 
Elizabeth Jennings.

If my wife Tabitha Jennings not be dead but if intermarry as aforesaid to be 
equally divided between my wife Tabitha and my children as aforesaid and I do 
farther unto ordain and constitute my wife Tabitha Jennings and her brother Joel 
Lockhart, my lawful executrix and executor and I do farther make and ordain and 
constitute John Lockhart, Jr. my lawful executor and I bequeath and ratify this 
is my last will and testament, which of I have hereunto set my hand this 16 of 
November 1815 and in the sovereignty and independency of United States of
