Follows: ITEM: I do will and bequeath to my beloved son, Garsham Lee, the Mills and Mill seat of land containing five hundred and fifty acres more or less, situated on the South side of Seluda River and two negros, and one boy named Thomas and a woman named Silvey, and the Black Smith tools with all the utensils belonging thereto, one Soriel Mare called Fly, and six cows and calves to be delivered to him when he arrives to the age of twenty one years. ITEM: I will and bequeath unto my beloved son John Lee that tract of Land containing one hundred acres (that) was Granted to James Bitt, on the south side of Seluda River and half the Bridge and all the Land the upper side of the road on the North Side of Seluda river be it more or less, and two Negros named Dick and Joney and one Gray Mare and six Cows and calves to be delivered to him when he comes to the age of twenty one. ITEM: I will and bequeath to my beloved son, Wilson Lee, all the land lieing the North side of Seluda River before the road next manin and half the Bridge and two Negro named Jane and Frank-a horse of seven pounds price and six cows and calves. To be delivered to him when he arrives to the age of twenty one years. To the above mentioned three sons and their heirs forever. ITEM: I lend to my beloved Daughter, Hannah Patrick, one Negro girl named Tamtry and tract of Land contain one hundred and twenty acres on the South side of Seluda River adjoining McDugell above the Bridge, also one Bay Mare which said Land and Negros, she may have at my Death, and one Negro fellow named Major. When my son, Garsham Lee, comes to the age of twenty one, it is my will and desire that Negros and Land should not be sold abused nor wasted but that it be kept for her support during her natural life, then be equally divided amongst the heirs of the body of the said, Hannah Patrick, for them and their heirs for ever. ITEM: I will and bequeath to my beloved Daughter Susanna Lee, two negros named Jack and Poll, and half that tract of Land containing two hundred and fifty acres lying on the salt Retchers (that) was granted unto Mathias Persender and a certain Mare named Campier, and six cows and calves to be delivered unto her when she arrives to the age of eighteen, to dispose of as she thinks or such ways as seemeth good unto her. ITEM: I will and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Nancy Lee two Negros named Jesse and Linda and the other half of the S. Land that was Granted unto Mathias Persender and one Sorrel Mare and six Cows and calves to be delivered her when she arrives at the ages of eighteen years-to dispose of as seemeth good unto her. ITEM: I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Sarah Lee one Negro girl named Margaret and one tract of Land on the North side of Seluda River and the waters of Hancock casek and one Negro is to be bought for her such as my Executrix and Executor shall choose (out of the money arising from the Mills and Bridge) to be delivered unto her when she arrives to the age of eighteen, unto her and her heirs for ever. ITEM: I leave my dear loving wife Nancy Lee the house I now live in and all my negroes and stock and want her to keep together if it is thought to be for the interest of my children to raise them in a decent manner during her widowhood or good usage to my children or if she should marry, she and her husband see cause to raise my children and give them sufficient Education and use them well, viz if any other Executrix and Executor and she is to have two Negros bought for her, not to be under fourteen years of age nor under sixteen and she is to have them for ever. ITEM: My will and desire is that the money in the house and the money due by Andrew_____ in North Carolina by his Bond and all other Debts whether by Bonds, notes, or book accounts, to be collected in: and the Mills to be rented out at the highest bidder or let out on the best terms such as may be convenient or most profitable to the children, or as my Executrix and Executor think best and all the increase of the stocks and Negroes and all other incomes of the Mills, Bridge, and Plantation be equally divided among by aforementioned children and wife, (when) my son Garsham Lee arrives at the age of twenty one, at the disgretion of my Executrix and Executor. My will is that if any of my aforementioned children should die with an heir missing my Estate is to be equally divided among the rest of my children. Item: My will and desire is that my sons, John Lee and Wilson Lee, shall give a free passage over their Bridge to all passangers that comes to their Bridge Mill that brings two bushels of grain at one time, to a free tollage as long as them or their heirs keeps a ferry (bridge). I do hereby Nominate, Constitute and appoint my Loving wife Nancy Lee and my beloved Daughter Susanna Lee to be my Executrixs and _______ Smith my Executor.
