First I give and bequeath to my four daughters, Mildred Holmes, Agness Burges, Hannah Raborn, and Ann Salter one Shilling Sterling to each to be levied out of my Estate and no more by reason I have given them their portion already. I give and bequeath to my Eldest son William Partin four hundred and forty acres of Land lying on Rocky Creek in the County aforesaid. I give to my two sons Charles Parten and Ezekiel Parten two hundred acres of land lying on Mine Creek to be Equally divided between them by the Executors hereafter named. I give and bequeath to my Beloved wife Ann Parten and my Son Charles and my son Ezekiel Parten and my daughter Phebe Parten all my stock of every kind and my my household furniture to be Equally divided among them at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named .
