        IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I John Dods of and being 
weak In body but of sound Memory blefsed be God do this day in 
the Year 1791 Make and Publich this my Last will and Testament 
(The words "in the" written by hand above.) heren  following that is to
say first I give to my son James Dods to have fifty akker of Land Also I give
and Grant unto my oldes sun the above mentioned Land unto him forEver 
Sam where it is Convenient

Samuel Dods to have fifty akkers of land Also I give and Grant 
unto My second sun the above mentioned Land unto him for Ever 
where it is Convenient

My dear Wilf Elizabeth Dods to have fifty Akkers in the old place 
of Land after My decase during her Widow Hood then at mevedy 
or death to be Given to My third sun Thomas Dods

And the property belonging to the hose Is to reman there for 
Mentioning of my family & the other of my Children, Joseph Dods 
and Margret Dods he (The word "he" lined through.) and these two Children
Is to have there part equal With the rest of My Children out of the Movebld 
property (The word "property) underlined.) of Estate to Mak them Equal 
With the rest

I doherby otheris the trusies to cell my Wagon And sun of my hors & Couff
hogs and all outher That is not Needful for so be keep upon the
plantation & I do herby otheris the Trusties Totals this property and sell 
them at publick soil and the Money to be Cap out ----  At Intirest for my 
Childen untill they Com to age wharof I the Said John Dods have this (The word
"my" written by hand above line.) Last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal
the day and year above written


Signed sealed and published by the said. John Dod As and for his Last
Will and testament in the presence of us Who were present at the Signing And
Sealing therefore
