Irst I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Taylor a decent support, which is for her during her natural life, and subject to the direction of my executors, which I will hereafter name. 2nd I will and bequeath to my beloved daughter Elizabeth Telford, fifty dollars to be paid to her, out of my said property which I will hereafter name, in addition to what has already received from me. 3rd I will to my beloved son Jesse R. Taylor the following Negro slaves VIZ Hannah, Amy, Bob, Linus, and Sara, as his property forever, also my wagon and gears, horses, cattle and hogs - all my plantation tools, and implements of husbandry, also my household and kitchen furniture subject to the following or herafter named exceptions. 4th I Consider what, I have given to my beloved son William K. Taylor, and he now holds, to his distributed share of my whole estate. 5th I will and bequeath to my beloved daughter Martha Andrews fifty dollars to be paid to her, out of my property herein named, which in addition to what she has already received from me to her complete and distributed share of my estate. 6th I will to my two sons Jesse R. Taylor and Samuel S. Taylor all the tract of land wherein I now live and whereas, my plantation is, to be divided between them. My said sons as above, share and share alike, and should they my sons as above disagree, in the said division, it is my will that they call upon my eldest son William K. Taylor to make such division, which when made shall be permanent and secure to them my said sons Jesse R. and Samuel S. Taylor forever, with the exception of a small tract of between sixty and seventy acres, which I have laid out and detached to my son William K. Taylor. The platt of which was made by A. H. Weatherbee Esq. 7th To my grand son (illegible) a Negro boy of mine, by the name of Morris, for his proper use forever, Lavina S. Miller (illegible). 8th I will to my grandson William R. Taylor son of Samuel S. Taylor a Negro boy by the name of Jack, for his proper use forever. 9th I will to my grand daughter Levina S. Miller/ my folding leaf table and half rounds, attached. 10th I will to my grand daughters Sarah F. Taylor and Mary B. Taylor all my beds and furniture to be equally divided between them share and share alike, and I do hereby appoint my son William K. Taylor to be my sole Executor, and sett, my hand and seal, to the same.
