The Greenville News Friday 11 Oct 1968
John Carlisle MAULDIN, 45, of 305 Edwards Road, died Wednesday at a local 
hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Greenville, a son of Mrs Iva WILES MAULDIN of 
Greenville and the late John C MAULDIN.  He was a member of Central Baptist 
Church and a veteran of World II.
Surviving also are two brothers, James A MAULDIN of Greenville and Donald E 
MAULDIN of Nashville, Tenn.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 4:30 pm at Thomas McAfee 
Funeral Home by the Rev Gene Henson and Dr C Frank Pittman.  Burial will be 
in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Johnny BATES, Jack HOPKINS, W L GREGORY, Harry and 
William F CLYBORNE, H W COLLINS, Thomas E LITTLEJOHN, W C NICHOLS and B L 
BYERS.
The body is at the funeral home.
