Viz: After my Just debts are honestly paid, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife my whole estate real and personal, for the time, under the restriction, and upon the condition following, Viz: As long as she shall remain a widow my will and desire is that she keep my children together, until they arrive at twenty one years of age and so far as is, or may be thought consistent with the Income of my small estate, to spare no part thereof for their education in English only, and if from the care and Industry that may be used a sufficiency cannot be raised for that purpose my will is that Winney with her three children be sold, and the amount of sale be put out to Interest, or otherwise at the discretion of my executors & executrix herein after named for the purpose of educating my children. My two Daughters I wish to be learned to read, and write well, and a few examples in Arithmetic, my two sons to be learned as much of English sciences as the recourses of my estate will Justify and their education to be wholly under the direction of my Executors herein after named, I have already willed that my children be kept & raised together, but I don't mean that part to operate against their education should circumstances require their being boarded out to go to school. What I mean by the time, is , until my children arrive at lawful age or marrys, and as that Period arrives to have their equal parts of what shall remain of my estate after their education, and that in all cases to be determined by my executrix & Executors herein after named and the more Effectually to avoid suits at Law in case of their disagreement a Majority of them in all cases I wish to be decisive. And lastly I nominate my beloved wife Executrix and my trusty friends Messrs James Harrison Senior and John Hampton Harrison Executors of this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all other will or wills by me heretofore made, declaring this only to be my last will and Testament.
