To Wit. My will & desire now is that the one Hundred acres of Land given in Trust to Zackariah Robinson for John & his wife Elizabeth Robinson during their natural lives and at their death to vest absolutely in their Daughter Hannah Elizabeth Robinson as described & deposed of by the 2nd (second) section of my said Will shall go to & vest in my son Zackariah Robinson. (After the life Estate of my said son John and his Wife Elizabeth Robinson, shall cease and determined) absolutely & forever - and my further Will & desire is that the Negro Boy named Jack Willed & Bequeathed by my aforesaid, Will - in Trust to my son Zackariah Robinson for the use of my son Benjamin Robinson, during the term of his (Benjamin) natural life - and at his death to his child or children. He shall be taken kept & held by my son Zackariah Robinson - & the proceeds of Jack's labor or hire shall be applied by my son Zackariah faithfully to the order benefit or support of my son Benjamin during Benjamin's life - and at the death of Benjamin - in then Jack is to become with his services of Hire) the sole & absolute property of my son Zackariah Robinson and not be sold from his Family - and further Will & desire is that the amount of a certain note payable to myself by Jos. H. Murell for three hundred & thirty six on the last day of January after date & dated February 23 1860 - shall when collected be divided Equally between my son Zackariah Robinson & my Daughter Julia Ann Caroline Steen Wife of Nathaniel Steen - and that my son Zackariah Robinson shall receive for his duty Grocers to me. A fair support for the year. Out of the crop that may be on hand. When this, my last Will may be Executed -- these last clauses not bring changes of my original Will aforesaid but additions only.
