She suffered a long time what no tongue can tell. All that loving hearts and willing hands could do was done to arrest the fatal illness and turn the ebbing tide of life, but in obedience to be divine will death won the victory and the grave received its victim. Her remains were laid away the following day in the family burying ground in the presence of many sorrowing relatives and friends. She was a good woman and loved by all who knew her and we feel sure she is at rest and know that she is through with the trials and troubles of this old sinful world. She has suffered her last pain and is now resting in the arms of Jesus. She leaves a father and mother, three sisters, three brothers, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss, but we do not mourn as those who have no hope for we feel satisfied she is at rest. She was a loving daughter and a kind sister. May we all lead such lives as she did so when the angel of death closes his wings over us we will find a home in heaven. Her bright smiles and kindly greetings will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her. She was born September 8, 1886, and departed this life January 10th, 1911. Her loving papa and sister, B.
