At this time prefect in mind and memory and Calling to mind the mortallity of my body, and as God has blefsd. me with Sundries of the Things of this life, I think best to make and Constitute this my last will and Testament in manner and form following hereby Revoking and annulling all former Wills by me made or done in any manner or form whatever and Now first I leave to my beloved Wife Ellinor Griffin one Tract of Land of one hundred and fifty acres which I Purchased of William Day formerly Chapples also fifty acres I purchased of William Ball Senr also a peice Taken off the South Side of the tract I bought of Peter Ball which I Suppose may Contain about thirty five acres So as to include my Present Dwelling house and all other houses, beginning up Cane Creek at the upper Corner of land of land I bought of William Ball as above, from a white oake which I now make markd 3”x thence a Strait line to Strike the lower Edge of the old Field cleared by Peter Ball thence on to the line of the land I bought of Mary Johnson to a Red Oake I markd. 3#X and sd. line all and giving part I leave as above to be the Same lands mor or lefs other Defscriptions of Sd. Land may be Seen by Reffirrinces to their plats. Also I leave to my beloved Wife as aford. one Negro boy named Ifsaac & one Negro girl named Joanna Two good fether beds and furniture and one good mare and colt Sadle & bridle Two Cows & Calves half Dozen Sheep Two Sowes and pigs then half my household and kitching furniture (it is to be understood that this is to have no Claim on anybody but the Two I mention) one Cubbord one Walnut Chest two hoes one plough one asc one grubing hoe with the Requisite geers to work sd. plough and also a Sufficency of Comportable provision to Support the whole as above for one year— Now is consider that after my Sd.
