Beginning at a Hickory Corner 3X0.m thence running NW. 58 degrees to a stake O. M. therein S.W. 40 degrees to a Stake 3X am S.E 40 Degrees to a pine 3+ N Md thence NE 40 Degrees to the beginning Hickory Corner for the compliment of twenty Acres (be the same more or less) together with all and singular the rights members, hereditaments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining, To have and to hold all and Singular the premises before mentioned is to the said David MONTGOMERY his heirs & assigns forever. And I do hereby bind myself my heirs, Executors and Administrators to warrant and forever defend unto the said David MONTGOMERY, his heirs and assigns against myself my heirs and against every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
