(page 5) Great Pee Dee River Including the plantation whereon Jonathan MARINE, Ser. Now lives it Being part of that part of a tract of one hundred and fifteen acres of Land more or less which was deeded to Henry BEAUCHAMP by deed Bearing date the eighteenth day of February one Thousand Eight hundred and eight and being part of the tract of Land of three hundred and ninety three acres which was granted to Henry EASTERLING the part of the Same hereby bargained and Sold to the Sd. William NEWTON is hereby marked out as follows Vis Beginning at John BEAUCHAMPS Corner Scotts Fork Branch thense Running down with the run of Said Branch to a corner Gum 3X m a corner of Solomon BARFIELD Land thence with Sd. BARFIELD’s line to a corner Lightwood Stake on BAYKIN’s Line 3X m thence with BOYKIN’s Line to a corner on John BEAUCHAMP’s line in a cypress pond then on with with Ser. BEAUCHAMP’s Line to the Beginning corner in Said Branch for Fifty acres of Land Be the Same more or less Together with all and Singular the Rights members hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining to have and to hold all and Singular the presents Before mentioned and I do hereby bind myself my heir, Executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the premises Before mentioned unto the Sd.
