ADAMS & Moses PARKER and by these presents doth bargain Sell and in plain and open market deliver unto the said William L. ADAMS & Moses PARKER the following property Viz. two Bay Horses the one aged about Twelve years, the other About nine years of age. Also a yellow mare and colt about twelve years of Age. None Cows; four Cows & calves, five yearlings, five head of Cattle being about two years old, one four year old heifer, One three year Old Bull, One hundred and thirty Bushels of Corn & two thousand weight of fodder, three hundred pounds of Bacon, four Cutter plows, two Shovel plows, two Scooters, five hoes, five Axes, two pair of plough Geer, three Tables, One pot, three Ovens, 1 Loom, Slays & harness, two Beds & furniture, two Spinning wheels, two chests, 1 Trunk, One Cart, One old Gig, one cross cut Saw, One handsaw, two grubbing hoes, Ten Bushels Clean Peas & Six Chairs, To have and to hold all and Singular the Aforesaid property together with the future increase thereof unto the Said William L. ADAMS & Moses PARKER their heirs, Executors, Administrators & assigns forever Provided Nevertheless and it is expressly agreed between the Said Parties that if the aforesaid David MONTGOMERY his executors (Page 494) Administrators or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the Said William L. ADAMS & Moses PARKER their certain attorney Executors Administrators or assigns the Just & full Sum of One hundred and ninety five dollars & thirty cents on or before the first day of January 1829 The above and foregoing Bill of Sale and every article and ___ therein contained shall cease and be utterly void or else to remain in full force and virtue. ADAMS & Moses PARKER for the use & purpose therein mentioned and that himself & John DONALDSON in the presence of each other Signed their names as witnesses to the due execution thereof. Alexr.
