I Mary Glasgow, of the state and District aforesaid, calling to mind the uncertainity of life, and feeling desirous of disposing of all the earthly goods wich God in His kind providence hath seen proper to bless me with, do make, constriute, and ordain this my last will and testament in the manner and form following: To wit, imprimis, To my beloved daughter, Ruth Glasgow, I give and bequeath the bed bedding, chest, and the one-seventh part of whatever property I may be legally seized and possessed of at the time of my death, to her and her heirs forever. Secondly, to my beloved daughter, Mariah McCracken (wife of William McCracken), I give and bequeath the one-sixth of the remaining part of my estate, to her during life, and at her death to be divided equally amongst her brothers and sisters. I also will that my beloved son, Hiram Glasgow, be appointed trustee for my beloved daughter last mentioned, and that the trust money, of her share, be deposited in his hands at my decease, and to be used for her benefit (if needed) at his discretion. Lastly, to my other five children I give and bequeath the remainder or residual part of my estate, share and share alike to them and their heirs forever. Forthly and lastly, I do hereby constitute and ordain this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore by me made.
