Item first of all it my Will all I hereby order that my funeral Expences and all my Just debts be timely and punctually paid out of my Estate before any Division or distribution be made thereof. 2. I leave unto my Youngest son John Richardson all my lands and plantation to him his heirs forever; 3. I further give & bequeath to my Daughter Mary Ann Richardson a feather bed furniture and a Cow and Calf that she now claims. 4. It is also my will that all my moveable property be sold and Equally divided amongst all my Children it is also my Will that the plantation be rented till the heir be of age and that the Rents ariseing from it to go to the Clotheing boarding and Schooling the said John Richardson Junior it is also my Will that my son John be put to some Trade Suitable to his ability at the discretion of my Executors. I also Constitute Ordain and appoint Thomas Coppock, and Benjamin Johnson to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof, I have here unto set my hand and seal this Sixteenth day of March One thousand seven, seven hundred and Ninety Eight.
