CLERK OF COURTS OFFICE, PICKENS, S. C.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners for Pickens County.

   The undersigned .A. J. Stewart and James Nimmons trading under the name firm
and style of Stewart & Nimmons most respectfully petition your Honorable Board
for a license to retail spiritious liquors in ,the west corner of the village of
Pickens on Main Street, for the term of twelve months from the date and your
petitioners will ever pray &c.
