We the undersigned most respectfully petition your Honorable Board for a license to retail spiritious liquors for six months at William L. Rogers store commencing on the 10th of June 1869 and your petitioners will ever pray. George B. Thomas George W. Oneal We the undersigned free holders recommend Messrs George Thomas, G. W.
