TAVERN LICENSE

CLERK OF COURTS OFFICE, PICKENS, S. C.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners for Pickens County.
   The undersigned most respectfully petition your Honorable Board for a license
to retail spiritious liquors by die drink in your county on the Pendleton Road
near Dr. H. C. Miller's house and your petitioner will ever pray &c.

   We the undersigned Free Holders recommend J. F. Wilson as a fit and proper
person to retail spiritious liquors by the drink and believe that he will comply
with the law in such case made and provided.
