CHASTAIN, William CHASTAIN, T. R. CHASTAIN, Lucinda CHASTAIN, Alford W. C. CHASTAIN and J. D. BURGESS all of the State and District afforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Mary A. CHASTAIN of the same State and District afforesaid have bargained granted and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell and release unto the said Mary CHASTAIN all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the State and District afforesaid on the waters of Oolenoy Creek whereon John CASEL Jnr did live and was willed to Minervian SUTHERLAND by her Grandfather James SUTHERLAND containing one hundred acres more or less adjoining lands of John CASEL Snr, David LAWSON, and Corneleous KEITH and others and hath such forms and boundaries as is represented in the plot or deed together with all and singular the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining thereunto belonging. To have and to hold all and singular the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said Mary CHASTAIN her heirs and assigns forever and we do hereby bind ourselves our heirs and assigns to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Mary CHASTAIN her heirs and assigns against ourselves our heirs and assigns and against any and every person lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
