CHASTAIN of the above named State and District have granted bargained Sold and delivered and by these presents do bargain and Sell unto Said Nancy S. CHASTEEN an lot or tract of land being on both Sides of Snow Creek waters of Co__e_g_ it being waters of Keowee River being in District and State aforesaid it being part an tract of land conveyed to Jeremiah DERBY by Col.
