I Isaac Miller of Pickens Dist. First I desire my just debts are paid. I
will to my beloved wife Mary (ALLGOOD) MILLER all my property both real and
personal, to have and keep for her support & comfort during her natural life
or Widowhood, that is land, stock, horses, hogs, sheep, household & kitchen
furniture, notes, ready money credits and my negro Mahaly. My mind is that
she is to be free at the death of my wife, but the law not allow, she may
choose her owner from the heirs, without paying anything for her. Wife has
the right to sell any property she deem fit. The executors to assist her in
management of the property.

I appoint Mary MILLER executrix, George MILLER, Morris MILLER & D. H.
KENNEMUR my executors. Dated this 29 December 1864. Wit: A. M. FOLGER,
Samuel A. GARY, B. J. WILLIAMS. Signed Isaac MILLER. Filed 28 Jan. 1865.
