I assume the obit is from a Richland County, Columbia, SC paper, but don't know  for sure.

Ollie Puckett Boysworth Passes Away at His Home

Ollie Puckett Boysworth, 63, of 3120 Wilmot Avenue died at his home at 2:40 
yesterday afternoon.

Mr. Puckett had lived in Columbia for about seven years, having been originally 
connected with the Metropolitan Life Insurance company until he was forced to 
retire 15 years ago on account of ill health.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs Ollie Timmerman Boysworth of Columbia; one 
daughter, Mrs Walter Johnson of Winnsboro; one son OP Boysworth, Jr. of 
Columbia; one grandchild, Miss Barbara Ann Johnson, and two sisters, Mrs AP 
Timmerman and Mrs JR Jennings, both of Augusta, GA.

Funeral services will be conducted from Dunbar's Funeral home at 3 o'clock 
tomorrow afternoon by the Rev J R T Major , pastor of the Shandon Methodist 
church.  Interment will be in Graniteville.

Active pallbearers will be OW Waston, DJ Crider, Jack Raft , PH Fellers, VG 
Fowler and SA Glass.  Honorary will be J G Chafee, Dr JC Pearce of 
Graniteville, Charles Kinney of W arrenville, Jimmie Parker of Graniteville, 
Laurie Rearden of Graniteville, RH DeTreville of Camden ad BE Abrams.
