The foregoing Settlement having been made in this office after full fair and 
legal notice as required by law and the same appeasing to be correct and the 
Executor Washington Butler having paid in full all legacies as divided by the 
Will of Mire J. Butler deceased. It is ordered that Washington Butler the 
Executor be and he is hereby released from all further liability to for on 
account of his trust as Executor as aforesaid in this the 2nd Feb A.D. 1889.
