Linder of the County of Spartanburg in the State aforsaid, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty Two 50/100 Dollars, to me paid by Chesterfield Bright of the County of Spartanburg in the State aforesaid, have granted, bargained, sold and released, and by these presents, do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said Chesterfield Bright, all that certain piece parcel or tract of land lying being and situated in Limestone Township, Spartanburg County, State aforesaid being the same whereon Chesterfield Bright now resides and bounded by the lands of Lee Linder, Dec'd. Estate lands of Esaw Price, Dec'd. Thompaon Clary and Kenyon Blanton. Beginning at a stake Price corner 33 & 34 chs to Chestnut S 8.43 to a Post Oak 67 E 261/2 to a Pine N 3 W20.49 to a B.Q. N 76 W44 to the beginning containing Eighty Two and One Forth 821/4 acres, more or less. Except Two and Three Forth (2-3/4) acres onthe side of the Price land said to belong to the Price Estate. Together with all and singular the rights members, herditaments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging, or in anywise incident or appertaining: To Have And To Hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said Chesterfield Bright, his heirs and assigns, forever. And I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and adminisstrators, to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Chesterfield Bright, his heirs and assigns, against me and my heirs, and all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming. or to claim, the same, or any part thereof. WITNESS My hand and seal, this 20 day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninty three and in the one hundred and seventeenth year of the sovereighnty and independence of the United States of America.
