TRAYLOR, Polly TRAYLOR of Spartanburgh district in the state aforesaid in consideration of three hundred dollars to them paid by William TRAYLOR of the same district and State aforesaid have granted, bargained, sold and , released and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said William TRAYLOR a hundred and twenty acres be the same more or less it being a part of a tract formerly belonging to Joel TRAYLOR, deceased , it being on the north side of north Tygar River joining Crawfford mill tract beginning on a maple or Hickory near or in the pond thence N85E 37 chains 70 links to a hickory is on Cub Branch on the hill thence N47W 28 chains 30 links cross the said Cub Branch to a stake thence N40W 10 chains 90 links to a hickory thence 25 links to a pine thence N30E 3 chains 70 links to a small red oak thence S62W 33 chains 60 links to a persimmon on the river thence down the river to the beginning. Together with all & singular members, hereditaments, appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining to have and to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said William TRAYLOR his heirs and assigns forever and we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, Executors and administrators to warrant & force and find in the quite (sic) and peaceable possession of the said William TRAYLER his heirs and assigns forever against the lawfull claim of every other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the law or any part thereof. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hand and seal this 12 day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ten in the thirty fourth of the Independency of America.
