Bishop October 1997 In the name of God Amen, I Isaac Bishop of Spartanburg District and the State of South Carolina Being of Sound and Disposing mind and Memory to make and Ordain this is my last Will and Testament in Manner and Form following, that is to say-------- First I will that all my just debts and funeral--Charges be paid and discharged by my Executrix herein after named. I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Frances Bishop her heirs and assigns forever this house wherein I now dwell with al lthe furniture and the lands and Tenements that lie about it also two Mares and one Colt. I also give unto my loving wife all the Stock that I now have that is all my Cattle hogs and Sheep with all my Farming Tools. I also give to Rachel Deavours and her heirs Pheby Conner & her heirs to Rachel and her heirs one dollar and fifty cents to Pheby and her heirs one dollar and fifty cents also to the heirs of Polly Ford one dollar and fifty cents. I also give to Lydia Lawrence and her heirs one dollar and fifty cents, also to E------- Elizabeth Bishop & her heirs one dollar and fifty cents. I also give to the heirs of Nancy Linn, one dollar and fifty cents. Lastly I do make and Constitute Frances Bishop, my said wife, Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
