Prince Deed of conveyance to interest in land Whereas by descent from Edward Prince who died in Tennessee about 1835, myself and his other heirs have derived title to and now hold equal and undivided interest in a tract of land lying in Union County in the State of South Carolina containing about one hundred acres be the same more or less, bounded as follows, on the north formerly by Randel Alexander's land, on the south by land in dispute between Prince and Murphy, on the east by the same, and on the west by James Johnson's land.--Now I have bargained and sold...to Landy M. Prince...September 27th 1853 his Joshua X Prince mark (Clerk of court in Henry County, Tennessee shows that he saw Joshua Prince sign and seal deed. Also in Henry County is Wesley and Jane Darnell who is the daughter of James Johnson mentioned above. This couple also sold their share of James Johnson's estate to L.M.
