Carolina, Union District      Know all men by these presents that I Jean ROBERTSON in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and fifty two Dollars to her paid by James ROBERTSON have Granted bargained sold and released unto said James Robertson and by these presents do bargain sell and release unto said James Robertson all that parcel or Tract of Land which has fell by Legacy from my Father Matthew Robertson deceased.  Known in plat made by Josiah Patty the 10th April 1806 which is the fourth lot in the said Plat containing Fifty Acres binding on said James Robertson lot, Matthew and John Robertsons Lots with all the appurtances to the said Fifty Acres which is the 4th Lott -  belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining to said premises.  To Have and to Hold all the premises before mentioned unto the said James Robertson, his heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself my heirs successors and assigns to Warrant and forever defend all and singular the premises befoe mentioned unto the said James Robertson his heirs successors and assigns or any other person or persons lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof as witness my hand and Seal this 6th of October One Thousand Eight hundred and seven.
