E. 25 chains to a red oak thence So 10 E 13 chains 62 Links to a stake thence So 10. W. 16 chains 25 links to a chesnute then w. 19 chain 50 Links to a chesnut then N 49. W. 9 chains 50 link to a stake then No 10 w. 4 chains 50 Links to a persimmon. then No. 12 E 7 chains 68 links to a white oak then So 73 w. 6 chains 25 Links to a ash and from thence to the begining  Together with all and singular the rights and premices thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining thereunto to Have and to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said Edward Robertson his heirs and assigns forever.  I do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Edward Robertson his heirs and assigns against myself my heirs and against any person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof witness my hand and seal this the tenth day of October 1807 Signed in Presence of us: Mitchell H.
