Compensation For Revolutionary Service
Compensation for Revolutionary Service:
The following records were preserved in their original form at the South 
Carolina Archives.They are entitiled "House of Representatives/Annuities,Claims,
and Pension Reports",and althought unsigned they were evidenly transcribed by 
the State treasurer of the House of Representatives.

Paid for children of John Watson,taken at the defeat of General Ash at Brear
(Briar) Creek in '79 & died with the Enemy 8.15(August 15)
