   That passports be prepared for the following persons to travel through the 
Creek Nation of Indians, to wit, One for Mr William Irwin, One for Mr. Samuel 
J. Wilson, and one for Mr. Wm James, all from Williamsburgh District South 
Carolina---Which were presented and signed-----
