Robert Dickey of Chester Co., SC to Robert Kennedy of York Co., Aug. 19, 1785, 

100 acres on Bullocks creek, bounded on NW by David Porter's land, being full 

patent granted to Robert Dickey by SC, May 17, 1774. Witnesses: William 

Wallace, Jos. Scott, Abraham Enloe. (York County Deed Book, p. 11-13)
