YORK COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA - DEED - KENDRICK TO SAVILLE 1845 ************************************************ Copyright. This document is significant because it confirms that the spouse of the administrator Thomas Kendrick was Mary Fuller Kendrick, by way of the privy examination recorded at the end of the deed. This document is the only document I have found in connection with the Estate of Alsey Fuller that states the given name of the daughter of Alsey Fuller (deceased York County, SC, 1843; buried Flint Hill Baptist Church cemetery) who was married to Thomas Kendrick who was named an heir and administrator of Alsey Fuller. This is good evidence identifying this Thomas Kendrick and Mary Fuller Kendrick as the same family which migrated about 1845 to Perry County, Alabama, and then, in the middle 1850s, to the vicinity of Fairfield, Freestone County, Texas. ************************************************************************ Transcription: Thos Kendrick ) Isom Fuller ) To ) Deed of Conveyance ) South Carolina Robert Saville ) ) York District Know all men by these presents that we Thos.
