Andreas' "Historical Atlas of Dakota", 1884. KINGSBURY COUNTY IROQUOIS I. N. HUGHEY, M. D. physician and surgeon, was born in Kentucky in 1840, son of J. B. Hughey. He was married in 1870 to Miss Rosa McCoy, daughter of J. W. McCoy. He enlisted in 1861 in Company E, Forty-eighth Regiment, Illinois Volunteers; served three years; was promoted to Captain of his company. He was educated at the American Medical College of St. Louis, where he graduated in 1877, and has devoted himself to his profession from that time. He came to Dakota in 1883 and located on the farm where he now resides. LAKE PRESTON LYMAN J. BATES, EDITOR AND PROPRIETOR LAKE PRESTON "TIMES." The Times was established in October, 1881, by C. W.
