	CHARLES B. COLLINS, state treasurer, was born in 1861 at 
Rockbridge, Wisconsin. He is a pharmacist and engaged in drug business 
at Groton. Delegate to national convention at Philadelphia, 1900, and 
elected state treasurer,  1902.
