FULLER, judge of supreme court, born at Glenns Falls, New York. Educated himself, studied law in a lawyer's office and for several years devoted himself to educational work as teacher and county superintendent. Came to Dakota in 1886 and elected judge of sixth circuit in 1889. On supreme bench since 1894.
