	FRANK M. ZIEBACH, pioneer editor, is a native of Pennsylvania, 
born 1830. Established the Dakotan at Yankton, June 6, 1861. Was mayor 
of Yankton, 1876 to 1879. Member legislature, 1877. Still resides at 
Yankton.
