				WILLIAM N. FARMER. 

	William N. Farmer is secretary of the Globe Fire Insurance 
Company with headquarters and residence at Huron. He is active in the 
management of the company's affairs and is also vice president of the 
National Bank of Huron. He was born at Atlantic, Iowa, October 17, 
1876, a son of William J. Farmer, a lawyer at Chamberlain, South 
Dakota.
