				WILLIAM H. PRATT, JR. 

	William H. Pratt, Jr., president of the Brule National Bank of 
Chamberlain, was born in Rochelle, Illinois, on the 22d of May, 1881, 
and is a son of William H. and Louise Pratt. The father, who was in 
active life engaged in railroading, is now retired but the mother has 
passed away.
