In the same year 1885, Jan Carda, Vaclay Maruska and Jan Bracha trustees of theSt. Peters & Paulus Catholic Church of Vodnany, of and Jan Bracha, trustees of St. Cyrill & Methodius Catholic Church of Vodnany, Bon Homme Co. Territory of Dakota, in consideration of one dollar, 5 acres of land, as recorded in Book J. page 599, Reg. Deeds office, Tyndall, So. Dak. On May 28, 1919, the above organization was incorporated , Book 1 Page 35, Reg. Deeds office, Tyndall, So. Dak. By Thomas O'Gorman, Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Souix Falls, So. Dak. with the associated help of T. A. Flynn. Viscar General of said Diocese, of Madison, So. Dak. and W. V. Mikolasek the Roman Catholic Pastor of the Parish of Vodnany, Bon Homme Co. So. Dakota, whose residence is Vodnany, So. Dak. together selected and designated to be associated with them in the formation of said corporation, Joseph Bame and Frank Placek two lay members of the Roman Catholic Church, belonging to said Parish and residence theirin.
