The following info on the Angerhof(f)er cemetery in Highland Twp.,
Brown Co., S. D. is provided by Donn R Bruse <dbruse@jackson.main.nc.us>.


I have some footnotes to add to the Angerhofer cemetery (all my
records indicate the 2nd "f" was dropped).

2 graves were located there:

     Johann Solomon Angerhofer (known as Solomon)
     born Jan 6 1801  died Nov 15 1888
     
     Louise Jacobine Angerhofer Guenther (Gunther)
     born 19 Okt 1833 died 12 Juli 1883

They were disinterred 28 September 1993 and reburied in St. Johns
Lutheran Church, Highland Township, which is located about 1-1/2 miles
North and 4 miles East of that cemetery.

Louise is the oldest of Solomon and Eva Rosina Broede's children.

Mrs. Fred Brick is Ida Johanne Angerhofer, a daughter of Solomon and
Johanne Theise, who was Solomom's 2nd wife. Solomon is my great, 
great, grandfather. I have Angerhofer history back to 1600.
