Gillespie, were peculiarly touching. The church was filled with sympathetic friends, the interest of several of whom was still further shown by the beautiful and appropriate floral decorations that hung above the little coffin. Rev. Mr. Anderson read the funeral service and accompanied it with some simple, consoling words of his own, fitting to the occasion. Mrs. H.E. Kratz, Mrs. A.M. Bowdie and Messrs. Ahern and Shanton rendered appropriate musical selections, with Mrs. R.N. Kratz accompanist. Two beautiful floral emblems -- "Gates Ajar" and a pillow had been sent for, but by reason of the delayed trains arrived too late for use at the church. The afflicted parents can not but know they have the sincerest sympathy of all their friends in the loss of the bright little one, the light of their home circle.
