LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JEMIMA WHITAKER.

I, Jemima Whitaker of the City of Webster, South Dakota, do hereby make, 

publish and declare this MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT as follow, to –wit:



1.	I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and obligations of 

every kind be paid.



2.	I give and bequeath to my son Eugene Sommerville, and to my daughter 

Florence L. Potter, all the property of which I may die seized and possessed, 

of every kind and nature, to be divided equally between them, share and share 

alike, each to have one-half thereof.



3.	My son Dudley Sommerville being financially well situated in life, to 

him I give nothing.



4.	In case I should survive my son Eugene Sommerville, then I will and 

direct that all the property of which I may die seized and possess shall go to 

and become the property of my daughter Florence L. Potter, after the payment 

of all my debts and liabilities.



5.	I herby appoint as executor of the MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, H.H. 

Potter, of Webster, South Dakota, and direct that he be not required to 

execute and bond or undertaking for said trust.





Dated this 26th day of January, 1909.

On this 26th day of January 1909, the said testator, Jemima Whitaker, in our 

presence and in the presence of each other, signed the foregoing instrument, 

and declared the same to be her LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and requested that we 

witness the same as such, which we have hereby accordingly done by setting our 

names and residences thereto, and attesting the same as such witnesses.
