H. Ellis WILLIAM KELLETT was born in the state of Indiana in 1843. In 1886 he located in Seneca and continued his employment on the farm until five years ago when he was appointed postmaster of that enterprising and growing village. Mr. Kellett has taken great interest in public affairs ever since he came into the county and has had a full share of public affairs. He is now serving on his second term as postmaster to the entire satisfaction of the community. In 1887 he married Miss Livingstone of Monticello, Iowa. To them have been born three sons and one daughter. Two of the sons are active citizens of Faulk county, the daughter is married and her home is in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
