party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following 
Real Estate, lying and being in the County of Union and State of South 
Dakota, to-wit:


TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the hereditaments and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said

executors and administrators, does covenant with the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns, that _______ well seized in fee of

granted lands and premises, in the quiet and peaceable possession of the
