	BLUNT. Pop 300. Hughes county. A village on the C & N W Ry 
30 miles n e of Pierre the county seat. Has Catholic, Christian, 
German Lutheran, Methodist and Presbyterian churches, a bank, a
hotel, a commercial club, an opera house, 3 grain elevators and
an electric light plant. A weekly newspaper the Advocate is 
published. Ships grain and live stock. Land is worth $20 to $40
