Probate Notice

County of Jerauld     ) ss

In the matter of the Estate of Robert R. Griffith, Deceased.

    On reading and filing the petition of David R. Griffith, of Jerauld county,
setting forth that Robert R. Griffith, died intestate on or about the 7th day of
September, 1884, and praying that Letters of Administration of the estate of
said deceased be issued to Phillip H. Phillips, of Jerauld county, D. T. It is
ordered, That said application and petition be heard by the Judge of Probate in
and for Jerauld county, D. T., at a special term to be held at his office in th
evillage of Wessington Springs, in said county of Jerauld on the 29th day of
November A. D. 1884, at 1 o'clock P. M. of that day.

    It is further ordered, That due notice thereof be given by publishing a copy
of this order for three successive weeks (once each week) prior to said hearing,
in the Wessington Springs HERALD, a newspaper published in said county.
